beast sapp menu

does anyone know when in the pay out adjust menu there is a hand with a thumb sticking out when in this menu it has a bunch of jap writing and everything says ON. what are these for?

If it's the same as on my Hanabi Hyakkei machine the screen with the hand pointing is "Guide Option". You can turn the on-screen guide completly off, or turn off individual menu choices.
