Replacement Bulbs

I am trying to find replacement bulbs for my Sankyo jackhammer guy machine. I have never seen these bulbs before - where can I find replacements?

Thanks, do you have to trim the wire leads out? The bulbs I have do not have leads (only 2 female connects for the male posts from the cable in).

The bulbs should come out of the silicone parts easily. Usually, the wire leads are broken close to the bulb.

The wires come out the holes in the bottom of the silicone parts, then get bent back up the sides. A little trimming is necessary.
