You you mind telling us how much you ended up paying with auction fees and all?

I have to say EATPM and SS are 2 very solid games. Elvira really knows how to make a pinball machine. ;-)

With the fees and all, it was almost $1400...

And I have now found that one stand up target isn't working. I knew the right display wasn't working, but since it's LED, I'm hoping it's a quick easy fix. All said, I don't regret buying it...even though it could cost a bit to get working 100%.

Congratulations for your first pinball. Elvira & the Party Monsters is a great game. It's one of the pins that will never leave my collection (though it's currently on loan to another local pinball collector).

I personally rate it higher than Scared Stiff (I own both), but that might have something to do with the fact that it's the same machine I used to play when it was new nearly 20 years ago (in the same arcade I rescued it from), and it was a ground up restoration project that was ongoing for about 4 years.

Not bad. especially if the playfield, cabinet, ramps and plastics are in good shape. The display and targets should be easy problems to fix (since these items aren't game specific). I've been tempted to hit some auctions to look for some deals, but the added fees always put me off.

Elvira and the Party Monsters is defiantly on my all time favorites list. It's been a long time since I played it, but the sound effects and voice clips are still memorable.

Well, I'll get some pics in a bit to show you the little bit of playfield damage. I'll try and show the good, the bad and the ugly.

I've been playing it all day. It's a great pinball!
