Noob Star Wars Pachinko / Screen Question

Hi All,

Sorry in advance for my extreme pachinko ignorance - just received the Darth Vader star wars machine from slot-pachinko.com. It looks great but the screen is stuck on black, displaying Japanese writing and repeating the same sentence in Japanese over and over. I have had numerous shots land in the holes, which I would have thought activates the screen / reels. I haven't landed any shots in the "jackpot death-star hole". Should the screen start with a star wars trailer when powered on or do I need to achieve a certain level before it activates? Do I need to reset the machine, or any advice on how to activate the screen? Thanks!

on the back, about a third of the way down on the left (looking at the back) there is a little button. I think you have to open the cover in the back You may need a pen to push it. Push that, it resets the memory.
