i could file a complaint with paypal for partial refund, not as advertised, but, i don't think the guy knew it was used when he sold

i already sold some of the movies i got with it

Looks like you're going to have to mark this one up to experience, at least you are now aware that this kind of thing can happen to anyone, and how to minimise it
