ebay question on high priced vintages

these two listings by the same seller are really run up in price.

looking at the bid history, there is one bidder who has a 41% bid history with this seller.

does this mean that someone is running the price up? neither of these machines seems worth this much, and shipping is not cheap.

Well I would be suspicious only about the Bidders with 0 or 1 feedback

but to be honest what something is 'worth' is different to each person

Perhaps the bidders are not members here and therefore not armed with the knowledge we have access to??

Saying that, I know I have paid and would pay in the future the same in GBP for what those are showing as $$

but then I'm just a crazy English Gal...

sure the price is higher in the UK, but you could buy mopars working, clean machines on ebay for less than half of these prices.

I am always looking at the super vintages at super prices, you have available over there,

if only the pound wasn't so weak and the shipping wasn't so darn expensive
