    hi guys/gals.

here's some pix from my trip to marin (north bay of SF area) for the pinball expo.

I only went on friday night for 4 hours, but had lots of fun. there weren't too many people there yet, so I got to play all I wanted.

saw the new CSI machine, played lots of classics, enjoyed the display of old machines (some of which they actually let us play)

ttc went and played all day saturday, too.

we found one lonely nishijin A there, owner said "this is a rare 3 tray machine..."

some day I hope to have a pinball machine. problem is no space...

if you could have ONE machine, what would it be?

Thanks for the pics..the one in the third pic looks interesting!!

While I have a list in my head of all the pinballs I want most and stuff, In reality I'd take ANY pinball machine I could get, and I'm sure that one would become my new favorite once I had it!!

just one, then I'm probably totally biased and say Revenge from Mars!!

I've played a couple of the new Stern Pins recently (CSI, Indiana Jones & Batman) and whilst I found them okay, I was yearning for that extra dimension that the PB2K has

I think the 'Martian Hypnobeam' has brainwashed me!!

yeah, ttc and I were drooling over that little one. it was called a micropin, and not many were made. electronic display with LEDs, the bumpers were bent wires that connected to switches underneath, the flippers were straight wires... I want one

they were made as bar top machines, and they kept score and the bar would pay you if you hit over some number. there was a display on the back side of the upper part that read back to the bar keeper.

I googled it and micropin is a pretty common name. the pinball database lists it, but there weren't really many pictures or much info. I think it was a so cal company that made it briefly?

I would love to get the diagrams and make some of those...like an executive pinball that would sell in sharper image or hammaker schlemmer, etc.
