aladdin II
how about this antique?
feb 13 1984 sammy aladdin II a-type.
anybody know anything about her. she seems to payout kinda weak and is a slow play but a reel classic!! no pun intended :grin: my have to put an arm on this old girl. was originally a grandview as it is laminated with the same materials as they still use today. but no tag inside. btw: they tend to panel over all vents think it's a good idea to close the top vents?

It's one of Sammy's Aladdin series machines. It follows: Aladdin (1989). It was followed by: Aladdin Master (1995), Aladdin Master X (1996), and Aladdin A (2002).

Re; the laminate over the top vents. I don't think it is a good idea, heat and electronics don't mix. I removed the top laminate to expose the vents and then painted the remaining wood service....looks good and will probably reduce electronic malfunctions/breakdowns.

ya!! i took an exacto knife and just cut away the laminate over the vent screens right to the edge of the wood so it looks like it was done original.
