reseat the dongle on the lower right side of the pachinko
are you holding the complete handle with the ring too??

I'm assuming that this is the full screen pachinko, if so I agree with lucky..check your dongle first, if its not plugged in or not working then the shooter knob will stop working..Good luck and Welcome!!

Also, Check that the stop button isn't stuck. when you turn the handle, you will see it come out a little. if it doesn't, it may be suck in the "stop" position.
