Default Strangest pinball machine I've ever played

I just got back from a local pinball restorer / collector's house. They had a Varcon machine. I guess only 90 were ever made.

It's basically a pinball machine in a standard size arcade cabinet. Instead of flipper buttons it used 2 joysticks that only moved up and down, and it also had 2 buttons to change different lane lights on the playfield.

The strangest thing about it was with way the ball appeared to react. The playfield is actually in the lower part of the cabinet and the view is reflected up to you. It makes the playfield appear to be straight up and down. The thing is that the ball playfield is really slopped like any other pinball machine (6 or 7 degrees). This makes the ball look like it isn't falling nearly as fast as it should and just give the game a weird trippy "off" feeling.

Here is a video clip I found of it. it was strange but fun.
