    Default Marilyn Monroe Cell

I've decided to put my Marilyn cell up on ebay I need to make some room for the couple still stuck on a boat somewhere.

If a Pachitalk member buys her I'll make a donation to the site.

I certainly have noticed the difference from a UPS delivery of my electronics items and the FED EX. The fed ex delivery looked like it had been handled with kid gloves. The driver handled it very carefully and it was in perfect condition. The ups delivery was much the worse for wear with parts and pieces coming out of the bottom of the box. The driver said that is how it came down the conveyer belt. Needless to say it was damaged beyond repair and is back on it way to the vendor. You would think the vendors would know catch on soon.

i have also noticed fed ex is way better than ups.ups has broken many of the items i have purchased off ebay.some items had insufficient packaging by the seller, but most of the time,it seemed to be because of rough handling, there was no other excuse.i mean, when the shipping container is severely crushed,of course whatever is in there is going to be mangled..i now request that anything i buy be shipped by either fed ex or the us postal service,if not,i won't buy it.if the item i needed shipped was pretty much indestructable,i might consider ups.

My view is the same concerning UPS shipping. I will pass up some merchandise if the seller won't use Fedex. In the past UPS has ruined numerous machines and did not pay on the insured ones. I had one machine that was professionally packed at a UPS "Pack and Ship Store" and it was totaled in transit . I had bought it for a great price and they paid me for the machine. But in the long run they still charged most of the delivery and packing charges-that made no sense to me? At that same store they filled the inside of the box with styro peanuts without closing the handle cutouts on the pachislo. By the time I rec'd the machine all the peanuts were inside the machine. That took forever to clean up! Never again will I use UPS for anything of value.

    Talking Re: Marilyn Monroe Cell

Didn't you start a thread a while ago about having gotten your LAST pachi??

As for the ups, fed ex, usps, dhl etc stuff..it seems with all the pachi delivery stories I've read here over the last 4 + years...it seems like every company has its horror stories...Some people seem to have great luck with some while they are the bane of others existence!!

As for me..over 14 years I got about 1200 things shipped to me UPS without any problems (probably didn't hurt having the same great UPS driver the whole time) and shipped out about 4000 things using USPS and only lost 2 things...while at the same time I had a Lot of problems with Fedex...So I don't believe in the perfect shipper...I believe in good luck in where you live and who handles your stuff!!

And just for the record, all 13 of my pachis made it without a scratch..and they were shipped using all the different companies!!

So there is some good out there in shipping land!!

    Ah Yes, I Did.

    Disclaimer Clause:

Even though it has been stated by "NIT" that he has obtained his LAST Pachi, a Pachi Cell does not constitute A "Whole" Pachi, therefore obtaining said Pachi Cell's does not warrant any Legal Claims against "NIT" for making a False Statement about obtaining his LAST Pachi!!!

    Therefore :

Any Legal Claims made against "NIT" for falsely making said above statement will be dealt with aggressively in the Highest RAMEN Court.

Well made the trip down to Andy yesterday to pick up Marilyn. Sorry, no Pic's this trip.

Stayed about an hour and got to go up into the Pachi Room.

Andy. I do not see how you carry the machines up that Spiral Staircase.

Was introduced to "King Kong" which I have not seen in person before. Mr Kong "ROCKS" Allot of mechanical animation on this Pachi.

Andy's daughter is a "Love Bug". She has the cutest smile.

The trip home I got stuck in traffic behind a Tractor Trailer for about 2 miles pouring out black diesel smoke. Major Head Ach by the time I got home.

Moved Mr. Bond and moved Marilyn in place. Turned her on. (no cracks Peanut Gallery) and she rewarded me with a Fever in about 6 minuets with a 100 round chance session to follow which resulted in another Fever.

Still learning about her. There are 4 different video selections you can set her to with the chance button.

    Thank you Andy.

I will enjoy her and take Good Care of her.
