Help with LOTR machine

Hello !
I am a complete newbie and just got my first Pachinko, a Lord of the Rings.

When I turn on the power the machine starts in demo mode.
I can load and shoot balls but the machine is not leaving demo mode so probably i am too stupid to start a game ...
I pushed both yellow buttons as well as the white button on the lower left but nothing changes-.

Also i naturally did not get any key with the machine and therefore cannot open the front panel with the keylock. I tried to open it from behind but failed miserably up till now.

Dear experienced guys, dear experts ...

Please help !
I am absolutely grateful for any suggestion / trick how to open the front panel (there must be a switch or similar that i cannot find) and would also like to know what the heck i am doing wrong so that i cannot start any game.

Please help me !

a game won't start untill a ball enters the start pocket. once a ball enters the pocket you should see video reels spin on the lcd. hope that helps

Chrisdice, I knew you would have the answer.
BTW, I was thinking of buying the one you had for sale but just didn't have the money. If you decide to sell anything else let me know. hopefully not for a month so I can get some money up.

I sure will, I still have the Dig Dug I'd let go but would like something to replace it. I'm hoping some of the newer games come available soon, Queen, Bon Jovi or Saturday Night fever are on the top of my list but I'm open to others too.

I'm sorry I don't have that particular Pachinko so I do not know how to open it wthout the key

Although other Members should be able to help you with that...

if you are looking at the machine from the back. on the left hand side where the locking mech sits. there is a latch that will allow you to open the front glass of the machine. its located about 12 inches down from the top of the machine. press the latch down and it will pop open.
