I think I saw this listing some time ago for the same high price, while it may be a rare collection, as pointed out a couple of times in the questions it does not have a complete description of everything that is included. If I was listing something so rare and expensive I would make sure to have a complete listing and many pictures to get the most out of the listing. Also It might do better if it was broken up into more managable auctions.

Perfect example of the market dictating value. I see it on the Vid side all the time. People feel that they have thousands worth of something simply because they invested thousands on it. The reality, especially these days, is that you're lucky to get pennies back on the original outlay. Oh well.
