I may be mistaken but I think this is a pachinko promo pack for Urusei Yatsura 2 featuring one of LuckyDog's favourite gals Lumm??
Seller doesn't say exactly what is included but from the pics it looks like the Promo DVD, Golf Balls, Booklet / poster, and a keyring or figurine too maybe??

Now at a slightly cheaper price of $45 BIN
If it was something I was wanting, then I would contact the Seller and make an offer, as I'm sure it will just keep getting relisted each time...
