I always play that damn machine when in Nevada and never win either. Something about the colors draws me in. Never again!

Wow...I could be in for a long dry spell then. I had 2-3 hours of play time in the machine before I hit the jackpot. Prior to hitting it, my uneducated guess was that someone would hit the jackpot 2-3 times each year. Good thing I took a picture for evidence.

If anyone is interested, I can put you in touch with a great guy near Peoria, Illinois that sells these machines.
I sold a few of my games last weekend, so of course that meant I had to "reinvest" the proceeds. My first Vegas video slot machine...now I have a matching set.

Yes I agree the kids do do better. I had my old mills for along time and never hit the jackpot but all of my kids and their friends did. I gave it to Mopar and his wife hit has already hit the jackpot.

I experienced the same thing and always wanted a "Double Diamond" twenty five cent slot machine. I always looked at the listings on Ebay and never thought I would be in a position to acquire a Vegas style machine especially a "Double Diamond". I emailed a seller in Kansas City that had one listed and asked about shipping etc. Believe it or not I negotiated the machine plus personal delivery (almost 300 miles one way) for only $200.00. And the kicker was I found $10.00 in quarters in the machine. The machine had quit working and all I replaced was the $10.00 battery. Probably one of the best buys I will ever make on Ebay!

So do you like playing one more than the other?? I'd think the video one would be more fun!!

Yes, I will play the video one a lot more. I'm waiting on an extra game board right now that will have a bunch of poker games loaded onto it. It appears that these boards are easily exchangeable, so you can play a lot of games on just one machine.
