Default looking for pin parts or info

I have a 1940 Exhibit Supply Co. Flagship machine. Its about 90% complete & its missing the ball lifter knob & rod. I'm trying to locate a source for it or from possibly another parts machine from that era (pre-war). I'm also looking for more info on it i.e. schematics, flyers etc.

Did you try posting on rec.games.pinball for your info and parts?

It's a friendly group and I think there are a lot of members that are knowledgeable about these older machines.

I've only seen one wood rail pinball up close and personal, and it wasn't operational. Gameplay wise I don't think they would be my cup of tea...but they sure are fascinating.

    Good luck on your quest.

yeah I posted on there & other sites. I'm getting the feeling that this may be the only one & I have to custom manufacture any spare parts. I guess I can finally justify the purchase of a small metal lathe

well,i guess it's roll your own time then.as you said ,you can justify purchasing a metal lathe.i would rather purchase tools to make something myself when i can justify it,and have done so in the past.i have acquired lots of tools and equipment that way.
