    Default no reloads fever mod

    If I had the ball lifter lower the the game;
ie raise the game frame x inches above the ball lifter,
then I could enlarge the ball lifter hopper to say 3000-5000 balls.

Would the ball lifter mind the weight of X000 balls, and could it push balls that much higher?

    Default the wheels are turning

Three games sitting side by side will dump their balls down three PVC pipes
into a large common bin that's sitting on short legs over the ball lifter's base.

A common feed rail is situated over all three games' payoff bins.
Sensors in the games' fever bins signal one to three feed rail servos
to open downstream feed tubes, filling one, two, or all three fever bins as needed.
A bin full signal closes the feed rail servo(s) however, the ball lifter continues to load the feed rail
until signaled that the rail is also full.

The system will be modular, accommodating one or more games,
and parts will be non-exotic. Pictures, parts, and plans will be posted free.

Kits, or partial kits could be arranged as needed.

Can't wait to get started :!:

Sounds nice James but don't forget the ball counters. That way you will know what the winnings were per machine. Just having the balls circulate around will be good for awhile but at tournament time you need accurate counts on winnings(before they are shot onto the playfield again).

    azlew,
I'd like to have that too. Where should the balls be counted?

Don't count them in the car, I can tell you that right now.

If the counters are resettable, you could remote them to a box ontop of the game so you could set the counters to zero when you hit a fever bonus. Then you would know how many balls you won while in fever without having to open the cabinet.

A counter at the back top box would only count the losing balls coming back into play from the ball lifter that is lifting balls from the back = on my pachinko anyway. The winning balls for my Pachinko come out to the front lower tray making them available for shooting again. Again the losing balls (on my pachinko anyway)go into the lower back tray where the ball lifter is. Maybe a counter counting the balls before they go into the winning/shooting tray would be best ?

a small reed switch at the outlet into the front winnings tray could do it.

Actually the more I think about Bilko's idea I guess one that counts how many balls are feeding from the top(after-all they are the winning payoff balls!)would work also and may be easier to figure out how to connect the counter to the top:?:

The game already counts your payoffs right?
It has to or else it might over pay you.

I know it counts the payoffs for itself but my pachinko doesn't have a led readout for how many I won during play.

You can use it's counting mechanism to feed data to your own homemade count display.

It's in the works. I don't even have my game yet.
Everything will be documented here(pictures, parts lists, etc)
I'll strive to make things as easy to build as possible.
