Anyway...coins go in, but nothing happens...I have to turn off the power to get them to kick back out to the tray.

I have done the full reset procedure several times...I have also looked at the connections and reseated them...but since I am not very familiar with the machine, I don't know exactly what to do.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated
