well, actually I'm not totally sure that the user, the way he put a link to youtube, had to ask permission. but I have some difficulty to understand, my english is not that good there.

I'm not totally sure but I think an other user of youtube have the right to access, distribute, copy and so on, your content, if he/she go through the Website for that.
Would it be possible for someone to clarify that. youtube always scared me at some points.

Public domain comes to mind you are putting your vidoes out free for people to view
but, there is this line in their terms

The point is I have them up for entertainment and education. When someone is using them for a commercial purpose without at least asking to use it I have a problem.

oh my comment wasn't bad about yu Owen, but well, reading the terms of youtube, I would not be surprised if it was legitimate for him to do it. Youtube website itself can do what ever they want, modify, copy, sell, and so on, your own submissions for their benifit. they state in 6C that you keep your owner right, but they said that you give them the right to do whatever they want to do with it, royalty-free.. that is kinda weird as policy, lol.
Anyway, I think if someone put something there, it sure will be used by someone else. people don't care about what they do or what they say on internet unfortunately.

I always ask for permission before using video posted on YouTube. I feel it's the considerate thing to do. I also credit the poster when given permission.
