Default DId anyone get the Elvis Pachinko CR from Slot-pachinko?

Curt says he has 2 left for general public. So 48 of them went to someone. Anyone on this board happen to get one? If so please post pics and video's and your take on the pachinko. If I had the 500 dollars I would get me one of the last ones. But alas I is broke. But I am accepting charity donations to my Elvis Charity campaign.

I think that's just another slot Pachinko marketing ploy. I was told 47 of there 50 Star Wars 2 machines had been sold months ago.

I say don't panic, save up for a while, they will probably have some left. Who knows in a few months they may be under $200 like the James Bond machines.

    Good luck with your fundraising.

Here's an updated price list from Slot-Pachinko sent 5/4/09.

    LOONEY TUNES 349.95
    STAR WARS 489.95
    ELVIS 489.95
    SPEED RACER 289.95
    MARVEL HEROES 324.95
    TOMB RAIDER 289.95
    BACK TO THE FUTURE 304.95
    FERRARI 349.95
    BATMAN BEGINS 279.95
    THE RING 279.95
    GODZILLA(Blue or Red) 279.95
    INDIANA JONES 289.95
    JULIE THE PINBALL 289.95
    LASSEN WORLD 324.95
    WOODY WOODPECKER II 304.95
    THUNDERBIRDS III 249.95
    THE MASK 279.95
    TOP GUN 289.95

I don't know if they actually have all these machines in stock.

I like the look of the Back To The Future it uses the whole play field not just the left hand side. Something you see less of on the more modern machines.

The Ring would also be on my want's list if it wasn't in the Pallet Cube frame.

When I inquired about the Star Wars 2 and Back to the future, they said they had 2 star wars and 4 back to the future left, that was about 2 weeks ago. I thought about it and decided I'd go for the Star Wars- they sent out an e-mail to 7 people saying the first 2 people that paid would get the machine. When I sent my deposit, they said I got the last one. I don't know if they do that to everyone or what! I guess they got their shipment in sometime this past week and have been shipping them out Thursday and Friday, with the remaining machines going out on Monday. I haven't gotten tracking info yet so I guess mine is going out Monday. Hopefully pics of all the new machines will be popping up here by the end of the week!

Like I've said, get something else in that frame that you like, then get the cel from Japan.

    Star Trek - $429.95 plus shipping $89? = $518.95

Elvis cell from Japan (if bought for 5500Y) - $193.95 (slo-boat, best guess)

2 games for $712.90, otherwise both from here $1231.85 (but you get 2 frames).

    Elvis alone - I don't remember, at least $499 + $89 = $712.90 - $193.95 = $518.95 savings!

    C'mon people!

    Hiya, Super new here.

I purchased the Elvis Pachinko but not from Slot-pachinko. My wife is a Elvis fan and she always wanted a pachinko machine... so I did a random search for "Elvis Pachinko" and found the one being sold by Blue Hotaru($699.00 Flat charge, shipping included). It showed up yesterday and works fine The person corresponding with me from BH was very nice and updated me several times through the order. Since it was a pre-order, they updated me when it was shipped from its location, when it cleared customs, when they received and cleaned it up and when they shipped it to me. It came nicely packed and the front was protected by a foam packing piece. It arrived on the day they said it would. All-in-all a very nice purchasing experience.

My wife tried it out and was having a blast. She had the Boston Celtics Orlando Magic game recorded and still had to watch the game else she would have played it through the evening.

Its very loud so haven't had a chance to see if had built in volume controls yet.

It did have a scratch on the front door and the cover in front of the pins but I buffed out the scratches on the door using a acrylic scratch remover solution I had. Wanted to try it out and yep worked fine. The other scratch ,though small, was a bit wider. I was able to make it less visible, but you can't tell its there when the screen is on.

I don't think I have it all set up right, but going to work on it tonight. I only had 500 pachinko balls so ordered some more.

I hit trip 7's once and he sang Jail House Rock which was very cool

I'll post some pictures if you still want some posted.

I want to get it running right with the payouts (I have to fill the top payout hopper..think that's what it is called) then let her try it again. Would be fun to get payouts, heh.

the next step is to get it mounted on the wall and I have already seen some nice designs in this forum.

Well that's it for now. Guess I'll post more if you folks are interested

    Thanks for the welcome everyone!!

Well last night was great fun as well. I was a Pachinko Ball slave for an hour since I had to keep getting the balls dispensed from the rear and bring it to the front for my wifey. We have it temporarily standing at the middle of our kitchen island. After an hour I told her it was all hers and it was cute seeing her play, wiggle trying to get the ball in the center then walk around to get the pachinko balls to keep playing.

I figured out what was up with my payout problem. The rear error code was displaying a "4" (Pay-out motor space cut off or balls jammed) at first. I made sure the motor was locked in place and that there wasn't any loose connections to the motor. Then I looked for ball jams, but didn't find any. Then for some reason I thought just dump all the balls in the pay-out hopper (500) into the hopper and Voila, it started paying out!. It turns out I didnt have enough balls in the hopper. I had thought 100 would be sufficient to just start playing, but it was hungry and wanted more After it caught up with all the pay outs it just sat there with no more error codes and is waiting for the next payout.

The lady at BH Sales who has been helping me replied to my question about the code and she said I was right and it was just waiting for more pachinko balls to complete the payout. Cool stuff

After that I found the volume control at the rear of the machine. Its not a pot (knob, adjustable resistor) but rather a switch to lower the volume or make it louder.

So I learned a lot last night and managed to get my freedom from being the ball slave, heh Very productive night.

Now to choose a design from the cabinet forums and go from there

    Enjoy!

    Heya Stinger357,

I'll post some videos when I get the additional pachinko balls About a week out now.

To keep the payout sensor hopper from producing errors, most of the balls are in the pay-out hopper rright now. All you would see is me walking back and forth from the front to the rear and then back and forth loading the balls into the front shooter. Yes exciting pachinko action
Hmm thogh it may provide proof to the ball loading slavery i thought I was free of

This weekend I will try and get some stills posted on the hardware. I had some questions about the pins. From what I learned, the payout is controlled somewhat by the way the pins are spread out. Some of the pins look like no way a ball will go into that spot, but what do I know I definitely don't want to try to reposition them on this machine to get better odds (does that concept sound right?). I would try repositioning the pins on another pachinko machine before I mess with the Mrs. Elvis that way heh.

Perhaps I should start another thread specific to the machine? I thought I saw a section like that on here, where people post on specific machines. I'll have to go through the forum again to see if there is anything already posted for it and either add to it or start a new one. I still have to learn a lot of the pachinko jargon though.

    Have a great weekend!

I'm so disappointed that i didnt get a Looney Tunes machine because now Slot-Pachinko site shows they're out of stock and they had the best price. I sent email to ask if they will get more, but with my luck they are probably gone for good
