Reel Speed different on some vendors?

I was playing my Don Don King, then played my yamasa kung fu lady ii machine. The kf2 reels seemed to be going really fast. come to think of it, it has always been that way, really fast! I could never understand how eye shooting could work with them zinging by like that.

However, on the don don king, I can actually see how it is possible. The graphics may play alot here as well, as the ddk has nice wide graphics, where the kfl2 has small graphics, narrow reels.

I know that Gaku said that they can spin no faster than 80 rpm's. But I totally agree about the Yamasa's. All three of mine seem to spin much faster. You can't eye-shoot a Neo PlanetT or Magic Pulsar, at least I can't.

My Magic Pulsar seems to have faster reels than my Manbou, but I still eye shoot frogs and 7s on my Magic Pulsar with reasonable success. My Aladdin-A seems to have faster reels than my Magic Pulsar. It takes a few minutes to adjust to the fast reels, and trying to eye shoot is somewhat intense. I can only really try for the widest symbol (7s) and even then, I'm not convinced it yields me any benefit.
