You know, you should create a custom shelling machine! 8-) A big Conch in the belly and some queens in the face would be nice!

I have an Aero Guys machine that is by the same manufacturer as Lucky Cats. There are 3 volume settings...very loud, rediculously loud, and painfully loud. Aristocrat games are the most interactive of them all I think, involving the player in pre-big bonus mini games. The sound and music on Lucky Cats are very good though, and there is a dot matrix display. I haven't seen any of the Lucky Cats' animations, but the ones on Aero Guys are smoothing and exciting.

:smt046 well, I have a couple bags of cotton balls on 'stand by', and I've got a buddy that's a WHIZ with all things electronic/mechanical that owes me a favor or three that I'm sure will be more than happy to install an L-pad for me...
Til it arrives though, I'll keep humming "I'm turning Japanese" to myself and chase the cats around the newly rearranged furniture. :smt117

He may be strange but he's as loveable as they come and you'll never, ever, meet a better person on this planet! The guy is one HUGE heart!

That's because our man Arby is into balls instead of tokens at the moment, I noticed you didn't say you would trust him with yer pachinkos. :smt017

The volume is pretty loud but I used the cotton ball method (which I learned right here at PachiTalk) to quiet it down. It has two speakers, so you'll have to do them both. It's quite a lot of fun when you hit the big bonus. The music has a fun beat. :smt026

It's loud, but has that tiny volume control (which someone very nicely labeled with a 'vol' sticker, tyvm!) with 3 settings...'Loud', 'ear piercing', and 'the neighbors are forming a lynch mob to get the machine out of here'....I have a friend that's coming over to install a pot on this one, and if it works well, also on the Yeti I'm buying tomorrow and the Marine Carnival I'm waiting on will also get them installed. I figure if he shows me how to do it once, I can do it next round...til then, I can unplug both speakers very easily from the circuit board...no cruelty to peter cottontail and his balls here! lol

Thanks for that info as I unplug my speakers sometimes on some machines, and was wondering if that was bad for the amp.
