Default Gin Gin Maru help please...

Hi I just got this machine in.. and I'm new to all of this... I turned it on and its stuck in the credit mode.. i can put 50 coins in but if i win it adds credit not shooting out the coins.. unless i got over 50. at the same time in this mode there is no music playing and all the lights do not flash like i seen in this video i have for this machine. The only time there is music or sound effects is when i hit the special which then shows the little guy on the screen... Other then that i get some sound effects when i press the buttons but thats it. Also i can only do the max bet at a time.

I have looked everywhere to find out how to switch it to the other mode but nothing is working for me. This one is made by rodeo.

gin gin maru is max bet only, even though it has the other buttons.

they used same cases for different machines and a lot of times leave on things that don't work for that machine.

my machine only works if credit mode, i don't think it can be changed.

as for the lights and music, you only get that in bonus or jackpot rounds.

this is a very loud machine and needs cotton balls in speakers or l-pad.

it's a lot of fun to play and you will see what i mean after playing it for awhile.

    here is the link,

your reset key goes in by the power supply, the reset button is on the door just below the clear window on the left, my button is blue. just follow these instructions.

If it will go out of credit mode, it will be one fo the buttons on the front. Sometimes you have to push the button for 3-5 seconds for it to turn credit mode off! Ive had a few machines before that will only play in credit mode though!

I have looked everywhere on the power supply for the reset key. The only thing thats on the box is a On and Off Switch.. Coin Hopper Switch to shoot out coins... a toggle and a button that resets. I have done all the steps from the link just doing it by the reset button.. but nothing is happen

my reset key goes right below the on and off switch.

do you have a second switch there. that would be the reset.

the blue reset button is on the door as i stated above,

wouldn't all gin gin maru's have the same power supply :?: :?:

you look at the outside of the door for the odds number. it's the same led as your token count.

You are turning your machine off with the power supply switch before you flip the toggle to the on position, correct? Alot of people forget this step. After you turn it off, flip the toggle on, then turn it back on it should be in reset mode to change the odds. Set the odds, push on the joystick then flip the toggle off and the machine should be ready to go.

    Machine Off

    Turn reset toggle on

    Machine on

Change level to any level you want (push button)

Push down no joy stick to set it in for 6 sec.

    Turn reset toggle off

    Done

    Well that work ?

Yep tried it... Didn't work.... I think the reset button is just there if you turn on the hopper.. it starts to make the loud noise so you have to reset it to stop... other then that when i push the button nothing happens. And on the web site where i got this machine from it says the toggle is a difficulty level switch.... but its not working.
