Captain Roberts Pachinko -Bonus Rounds - explanation & video

I've linked here a video of the Captain Roberts bonus round.
In order to make some sense in it, I'm writing a short explanation of the extraordinary bonus round feature in this machine...you don't have to read it but it would help you to understand the video.

Here goes:

The bonus round on Captain Roberts's machine is different from the regular pachinko bonus rounds:
In Captain Roberts there is no 15/16 rounds in which you have to insert as many balls as you can to the secret chamber – instead you see yourself walking in a dungeon looking for golden chests - in order to acclaim a golden chest you have three pockets in which you have to insert the balls in different time intervals, after you come across the chest you usually need to fight for it with the dungeon Nemesis also by inserting the balls to the appropriate pockets…
After you acclaim a certain number of chests you begin to level up:
This is represented by a picture that sees Captain Roberts sitting in a cave – this picture changes as you are gaining levels:
At first it is black and white and the captain looks miserable and poor but as you progress he becomes richer and richer donning expansive golden and silk clothes and surrounded himself with golden chests and coins…
The following video starts after I've reached level 20 (about 1 hour of continuous play in the bonus round!!!) the captain at this stage has a long bearded face and he looks very content – the music from this level changes to the theme music of the machine which I thought meant I've reached the end of the level progression but as you will see this is not so…
After 3 hours of playing the bonus rounds I've reached level 49 and then I lost!!!

So I can't tell you what is the maximum level you can reach… if someone reached a higher level please share…

i have made it at high as level 97. then i lost. it cool when you reach captain roberts level 20, the cool Japanese tune. kinda catchy the skull sings alone with the song.

Did you reached the 97th Stage or the 97th level of Captain Roberts??? - because there is a difference...

You know... I finally saw one of these machines in a palour today and instantly realized why I knew the play style.

It's exactly like Burst Angel:

P.S. One of my favorite machines. Primarily because the bonus mode song (which happens to be used in the opening of the anime as well) contains two lines which sound like:

"Everyone is crazy."

"Everything is burning."

Of course, those aren't the actual lines, but my brain hears it this way. That's not odd... right?

I was on Burst Angel so it was 134 shots and about... 5 or 6 major battles won.

There's only two Captain Robert machines around here that I know of and both happen to be in the worst pachinko palour I have ever set foot in. The pins there are SO bad that you're just asking to end your fun time early. It's really sad. So I can't reasonably play Roberts.

Burst Angel works the exact same way as Roberts, just that bonus rounds don't include a level count as well.
