in talking to the seller u wil have a bit of work to do.. they said it takes quarters.. sounds like the coin rejector has been disabled (the ones i just got were both that way) once u get tokens to fit it right u can fix the coin rejector..

Well the Arepachi arrived today in a styrofoam peanut packed box . After i cleaned the many styrofoam peanuts and recycled the cardboard i exaimed the machine closely and this is what i found out

1 . The middle score plastic at the 3 had too high a temp bulb and melted the plastic .

2 . The barrel key is seized inside the lock and the lock will not turn either way.

3. The main circuit board mounting studs are all broken . ( I used some wire to support it in the pictures but did not have the machine on while mounted that way)

4. The leaf switches at the bottom bar are all out of alignment .

5. Light bulbs missing .

6 . Playfield has been cleaned with a liquid ( Stains around the nail braids ).

I do so love a challenge so i will take it slowly and restore it while keeping it real .

I did turn it on with the board far away from any metal . It did seem to work and register balls but i had to have the machine open so it didn't do all that i think it should because of the lower right door switch

the seller stated in a email it was working.. everything looks really nice too bad about the #3 having to big of bulb

nice looking machine your has allot of things that are similer to mine and some things are totaly different thats what collecting is all about

I've done some serious work on the Arepachi . I've replaced light bulbs , polished nail braids , started on a replacement for the heat warped center score indicator . here's some pictures .

Well Folks when i met Lt. Teddy he told me that there was a sort of bottom cover on these units so i woke up yesterday and figured how i could make a cool mod and cover so here's a short video of the cover mod Enjoy !
