not paying out

I got this machine and it wont pay out when I get it in the holes and I dont know what to do?

My suggestion would be to check out the payout tray on the top of your machine (backside). There is a track that runs down to the payout motor, make sure that the track is open. There usually is a clip or slide that stops the balls from going completely down to the payout motor. During transport they will be blocked off.

Also check to see if there are any error code messages on the back of your machine!

this is my first pachinko I ended up playing it for like 3 hours without balls in the top and now playing it with balls in the top doesnt pay out

well I kepts pouring em in the top and they kept just pouring to the tray... what it was was making up for all the back payout lol

working great now
