I saw this Nishjin A on Craigslist in the Houston area. It is actually in Cypress. Looks like a decent machine. They want $80. Any of you Houstonites biting?

I actually found two more in Rusty's area. I didn't call him by name because I don't want to lead him astray. It's good for my marriage that I live in NM.

Well... let's see...

yes.. I know about all the machines you guys are talking about.

However, we've had several recent 'projects' that have prevented me from 'begging' for another machine.

First the completion of the 'crab machine' restoration. I've got all the lights working and the machine is cleaned up... photos to be posted soon.

My other project can be seen in the attached photo. This was a vehicle I purchase for $1,850 and did some work on and then delivered to my 17yo daughter for her first car. As you can image she was estatic... one of the moments that parents live for.

The other project was the discovery of a leaking wax seal on a toilet that allowed sewer water to seep in between a layer of linoleum and vinyl tile in my older home that has contaminated the bathroom, utility room, dining room, kitchen... and ??? Anyway, we now have bare floors in all these rooms after days of working to pull/chisel up the old flooring and now awaiting the insurance man on Friday. I'm afraid the claim will be denied and it's gonna be an out of pocket expense for me.

As for the machines.. I have been waiting and watching. Figured I'd let'm sit for a while and then offer a lower price. If someone else picked them up, well, at least I won't have to explain where the new machines came from !

I appreciate everyones concern on keeping the temptation level at nice high level!

spend about $30.00 for a nice set of hubcaps for her car

I had a washing machine line burst during the nite when we had our home.

by morning the whole house was wet, insurance company paid fo all new carpeting, pads and a few pieces of furniture damaged.

we had replacement value on our policy and insurance paid full replacement cost minus $100.00 deductable.

Yeahh.. .you are the LuckyDog! It appears.. that since this seepage was done over a long period (even though we didn't realize it) it can't be classified as 'sudden and unexpected' and therefore has a strong possiblity of being denied. But, hey we got the adjuster comming anyway just in case.

As for the hub caps... well.. it did have them originally.. but I removed them. I've attached a couple of photos of the car before I removed them. Ya'll tell me if you know why I took them off!

For those of you who didn't quite 'get it' on the hub caps. Look closely at the individual 'stand outs' that point to the center. Not exactly what my little girl should have on her car!
