I wanted to discuss it with them, ask if it's OK if I mention them. I don't blame them at all for any of this, and they are working to help me out. I feel bad because I'm mentioning the problems, and I don't want that to reflect badly on them... because it shouldn't. They are helping me out, the only thing and again I don;t think it's their fault is the item on the site showed it as a red unit and when it arrived it was gold. I am sure they'll alter the listing to mention that in the future.
