They're a used pachislo/pachinko store in Japan - there are dozens if not hundreds of them. I doubt they will export to the US. You're better off telling Kia what you want and he will search YJA and the used pachinko stores for the best machine and price.

Keep in mind too that shipping a whole machine from Japan is only by EMS and for a pachislo will run you about $500 - $650 per machine. Not sure about a pachinko, but it's high too that's why you see so many PT members just purchasing cells.

Pachislo's are too big to ship individually as far as I know (overall dimensions).
