Looney tunes & Sakure Pachinko cabinets

Hello everyone - I am a new member in this fine community and I was glad to find out there is a living breathing community that share my craziness
I currently have the sakura and Looney Tunes machine and I want to built a cabinet for each of them.

I have carpenter that is willing to do them for me - unfortunately I don't know exactly what are the demands for such cabinets - could someone please direct me to a link that have plans I can use that will fit each of the machines?

WELCOME to pachitalk! you will find so much good information and support here.

on the demands of a cabinet

1. you need a top hopper/funnel to pour the balls back into the top tray

2. it's nice to have a way for the balls to fall behind the machine into a bottom reservoir that empties to the front, so you can refill the top tray without turning the machine around. some design use a little drawer, others have a V shaped trough that empties out a hole in front.

3. a hole on the right side is nice to get to the latch mechanism and jackpot seesaw reset on vintage machines. if you have a modern, then hopefully you have the key to open from the front.

4. for modern you might want a hole where the on/off switch is, to be able to turn it on/off without reaching around back

5. also for modern, if you added L pads or pots to adjust volume, you could mount those on the cabinet for easier access.

6. last comment on modern, I would leave the back of the case open or add a computer fan to the side of the cabinet to keep things cool. it can get pretty warm in the back of my starwars, so I was glad that the back came open.

I attached my collection of photos of cabinets that I was using to design my own. there are many others in the cabinet section that include plans.
