    Smile Hiro at Gameplanett

    Pachi-Friends:
I just took delivery of my second Azure machine, Cutie Honey.
It came from Hiro at Gameplanett. It was an absolute PLEASURE to deal with him. The entire transaction, from my first contact, through continued communication and ultimate purchase was as smooth and professional as could be expected.
Hiro shipped Cutie the same day I paid him via PayPal. I was immediately sent a UPS tracking number. SIX days later brown santa was at my door with a large box.
Cutie was double boxed and arrived in seemingly perfect condition. The included spheres were securely packed. Not a single sphere was loose in the box. Cutie came with a door key and a sphere tray. Arby would be proud.
I plugged Cutie in and as expected, she powered right up. Tomorrow, after work, Cutie will be placed into her cabinet and enjoyed.
I have attached a few pics for your reference. Reports to follow.

I have seen other people mention Hiro from Gameplanett on here.
Is he the same Hiro from CF Export?
Does he have a website with machine listings now?

Loki, my cat (grey fur sandwich ) loves pachinko almost as much as I do. He was helping me unpack Cutie.

Did he send it with a long key or a short key? Cutie needs a long key.

I got the short key with my cutey honey from Samurai slots, its the only pachinko I have where I have to remove the key after using it so that I can get the frame or glass open.

The longer key allows you to remove the key after the door is open (just unlatched) without the door hitting the key. The Kyoraku Volcano frame needs this key also.

    As promised...
I prepped Cutie Honey for wall cabinet mounting by removing the feet and remounting it's supplied 7 amp transformer into the case. Closer examination of the back of the machine revealed volume controls were installed.
I swapped the plain dongle for a Daverob dongle with an extension cable, this machine is deep. Overall the machine was very clean but, I gave it a good wipe with windex anyway. Into the cabinet it went. When I opened the front door I saw that 2 panes of real glass were installed. I wiped down the ball launch track and used the cellpica on the playfield. Clean the glass and the cabinet exterior. A little novus polish finished the job.
I filled Cutie with ~750 spheres, turned her on and played. The machine operated perfectly from sphere one. I hit 2 fevers within the first 250 spins. Along the way I "bent" some nails back into position so all the pockets were accesible to the spheres. All bulbs, led's and pockets were 100% operational and the Daverob dongle worked perfectly.
Overall the entire experiance from initial vendor contact through purchase, delivery, packing, and machine itself were FIRST RATE..
HIRO deserves kudos for a great product.

Here is a pic of Cutie Honey in her new home.

She appears to be tired after all that play, she's laying down for a nap!

Is Hiro's email address still valid? I sent him a message about a week ago and haven't heard back - of course, he may just be busy... Or that may be normal - I've never email'd him before...

Hiro's out of town (country?) quite a bit. When I e-mail him, most times I won't get a response until the weekend.
