well i actually went into a pawn shop and foudn one for 40$. The owner said it was brought back becasue it gave dirty disc messages. I opened it up and cleaned the lens and the mirror and its working great! Heckuva deal!! If anyone finds a good deal on one let me know, or pick it up and ill paypal you for it! i can usually fix them if its just a dirty disc that causing it not to work. SO for $40 and the price of a $40 modchip ive got another fully modded xbox that cna now playbackups and emulators!
Just don't play online with modded one if you are copying disks to the hardrive. 8-)

yep, my modchip stays on all the time. Plus ive never even hooked up to Live, i dont get ino the whoel online gameing thnig. I gues im too old school. Ive had my first xbox modded for about a year and dont think i could live withought it!

The Playstation II is made by Sony, it's a game machine that plugs directly into the your tv set. The x-box was Microsofts answer to it and someone came out with a game cube as well but I have no idea who makes it.
Same games you can play on a computer but the controls are really funky.

I'm with you arby! But I do have something called a Dreamcast sitting around here along with I guess over 100 pirated games and could care less about it. Maybe I will trade it in for 3 of those Xbox things. At least that way I will have 3 doorstops instead of one... :lol:
stick it on ebay Lew, someone will surely buy it, especially with all those games. Well if you start using Xboxes for doorstops, be sure and let me know. Ill give you cash for use as a doorstop.
Naw I have no interest in having someone try to lowball me on it on Ebay. I am just going to give it to my kid and he can throw it in the same pile where all the others are .Soon his playstation 2 and xboxs will go into that same pile as soon as the newer generation consoles come out.

well being a dreamcast your not gonna get much out of it anyway, but i doubt youd get lowballed. Id check to see what they are going for on ther eand set a reserve.
