It is a "Vibrator" that is built into the shooter Knob.
It sometimes activates during a chance on some machines and ALL OUT during a Fever Round.
Two machines that I own that have it are 9 Drums Gladiator and Yellow Cab.

My Kamen Rider has the P-Vibe built into the handle and when you turn on the machine and it goes through it's test , it vibrates! But it is never used during game play on this game!
What a waste! Great Hanemono game though!
