Yes, you can put different cells from the same manufacturer in every frame. But you'll probably have to import from Japan - which is quite easy. You can typically import a cell for about what it would cost for a complete machine in the US. Since you're new to the hobby though, probably easier to just pick from all the great machines available over here.
