Correct... not the best. That would be three months, not two.

It's my Auction program. I hadn't used it for some time and didn't realize it expired. Had to contact them and go through that dumb email back and forth junk. Finally paid the correct amount for the license.

Well this is what you get with the automated email responses given out. I originally payed for the standard version when I thought I paid for the upgraded version. Had to send an extra payment for the upgraded one. These are recorded as two separate payments. Get an email last night saying they will refund me the original amount because it is the wrong amount. I was then to repurchase the program. Today I get the paypal refund. It's in my favorer because I just had three months free.No real person could have looked into this, they would have seen the two amounts that added up to the final cost of the program.

Well if is a snipe program, maybe you should try one of the free ones. You won't have this problem.
