    I just ordered my first machine, and the site I went through said nothing about these machines being illegal in California. It did say that they couldn't ship to Colorado and Louisiana. I don't suppose they'll be checking the fed-ex truck at the state line anyway.
    You're good... As long as the vendor will ship, and you don't advertise that you have it to the world (or start a casino in your house) you will be fine.
