I know this thread is going on and on, but this story must be told. when they make a movie of it, Ben Stiller can play me.

So...when I originally ordered the pachislo via sears.com, I ordered the cabinet for it as well. This is the same one you see all over the internet. It never came, sears had to research it, issue a credit, we had to re-order, blah blah blah...

We got it last night, and I was all excited to assemble it. Until i saw the box it came in which was labelled "Trademark Poker." This is a division of Trademark Global - the parent company of 5starDeals.

In true 5star form, I am missing half the hardware, and I have a double set of the other half.

I called them today to tell them about it, and the girl who answered the phone recognized my name. THAT's how many times I've had to call. So they're sending out more hardware. Still no word on the spin lever. it'll probably show up eventually.

Once all this is working and set up, I will post a picture or two.

It took me 6 months to resolve an issue on a machine with them but it did get resolved.
