In Nottingham in the U.K. it is against the law to play Pachinko on a Friday after work
until you have been shopping.
I havent seen this written down but i am assured that its true and punishable by having to visit the mother-in-law

In Florida its illegal to play pachinko if your dog is scratching on the door to go out
the penalty is a surprise on the floor

I will try to find the link again but I remember seeing that in McMinnville OR it is not legal for a black man to ride a horse on the road after dark on a Sunday
