    Default Identify my machines?

Per Compirate's request, I have posted pics of the two machines I just purchased. After doing more reading here, I assume my Bitsy machine is a Casino Bitsy since it says "Casino" right on the front. (I should be a detective!). The second is a Rocky theme machine.

I know nothing about these machines. I stumbled on them on Craigs list . The original reason for the purchase was my youngest son's 11th birthday. (It's not till the 7th so we have them hidden in the basement and keep stealing away to play with them.) He has mild autism and loves to play pinball. I don't have the room for a pinball machine so I thought this might be an alternative. I had not idea what I was getting myself into and see myself becoming an active pachitalk member. The older boys (and I) are loving them so I am thinking we are going to have to find a more prominent place in the house for the machine(s).

I purchased these machines as a two-for deal and planned on selling the second. Now the kids are begging me to keep them both. I paid 300 for both and got about 3 1/2 trays of balls with them. They both seem to work really well. I only had to drive about 45 miles to pick them up so from what I see on ebay, I think I got a really good deal.

Anything you can tell me about these machines: manufacturers, tips, warning signs, etc. would be most appreciated.

    Thank you

They look like they are in great condition and sounds like you got a great deal and lots of pachinko balls too!!

They are both showing in our Research Centre as 2005 models, the Casino is manufactured by Bisty and the Rocky by Toyotec

Unfortunately I have neither owned nor played these particular two so can't give any game play advice

but I'm sure other members will be able to assist with anything specific to these

Pachinko is certainly very very addictive!!

There are 2 ways to play the reaches, selectable with the chance button - she flips up the edge of the center card from one edge, or two - can be very exciting!

I have an 11 year old autistic son as well he didnt seem to intrested in the pachinko machine due to the noise of the balls not to mention the loud volume of the sound . The sound you can fix but the ball noise cant be fixed . Suggest a set of ear phone protection my son likes his for other things as well (autistic children tend to have hypersensitive hearing ). he liked the pachislo more and has been playing it constantly . Good Luck.

Congratulations! That is a good deal and some very nice machines. I nearly purchased the Casino Bisty model on CG also, but after an initial response, the seller never answered back. I figured they sold. (He had 4)

    What state are you in?

    Hi,
If you can get a wooden cabinet for your machine, the ball noise will reduse very much, so maybe your son would like this machine more...
The sound can be set much lower if you place some volumepots between each speaker, see my other threads for installing volumepots please.

My older son is needing another shop project so he is going to build me a cabinet. It shouldn't take him long and we have found several plans and tips on this site.

His birthday is the 7th so we will soon know if the sound will be a problem. He has had times when sounds have bothered him but if it is something he really wants to do, it's not an issue. He doesn't mind going into noisy arcades & game rooms to play pinball or video games, etc.

I never thought about the cabinet helping with the sound. I will also look up the volumepots you spoke of. Thanks for the tips!
