Well what I have found out to date.

When to three large lock & key Shops, nobody has ever seen one, none have ever heard of OMLOCK.

But yes, all seag the key was die cast made, not cut as we know.

    Back to square 1.

Use Google and searched for: Lock manf. of Japan; OMLOCK; OM LOCK; O M LOCK; OMLOCK Japan; OM LOCK Japan; O M LOCK Japan; Pachinko lock; Pachinko O M LOCK; Pachinko OM LOCK; Pachinko OMLOCK; OMLOCK key; OM LOCK key; O M LOCK key;Die cast key Japan; Diecast key Japan; Diecast OMLOCK; Diecast OM LOCK; Diecast O M LOCK; Die cast OMLOCK; Die cast OM LOCK; Die cast O M LOCK.

    No joy

The die charge would be $500 to $1,200 i bet
and the key would be $500 on 1,000 i bet

You want to help with half the cost  I know I don't, my keys work fine. Thaere has to be some way to buy them without costing an arm & leg.

    Arby,

I believe the key is for OMRON locks. Check what is printed on your lock cylinders. It should say OMRON. The ones from my Sankyo games do.

Checked this route and they are big in electronics have not found anything about keys or locks.

Talked to an EDM shop, they priced the making of a key at $47.00 apiece, but thats for a lot of 100 keys.

Maybe we should run a poll. Would you pay $55 for a key type of deal and see where it goes.

    I am in on one.

That is asuming that they would work on all machines.
Because you know, when you think it does, it ends up and all.

In checking fully, all, but three machines have all the wafers removed so any key would work of that shape.

    Batman Heiwa 2003 machine
CR Hono Jyanjyanhanten F (Twin Tails) Toyotec 2003 machine
No wafers - Dragon Chance (Red Dragon) Mizuho 2002 machine
    Hattorikun (Doofus) Daiichi 2003 machine
Lord of the Rings Sankyo 2004 machine
    Popeye Sammy 2004 machine
PumpKing (Pumpkin King) Toyotec 2003 machine
Red Lions (Black Hawk Down) Nishijin 2003 machine
    Thunderzone Heiwa 2003 machine
No wafers - Ukiyoe (Surfer Mt. Fuji) Nishijin 2003 machine
No wafers - Fever Big Powerful Sankyo 1996 machine

arby stated that the price was 47.00 each only if a 100 keys were ordered.

would there be 100 people interested at that price

plus an original outlay of 4,700.00

    how about lost wax casting????

    would that be cheaper

Funny thing is, both of my machines are Heiwa's and they have different style locks in each.

    Default Count me in

Count me in when it comes time to collecting orders for whatever method is used.

Lost wax seems to make a lot of sense given that so many jewelry makers use it. And if done right, the duplicates would be almost perfect using lost wax.

It also can't be that costly of a process if someone already has the equipment.

THe neck is very small, it is made from a soft metal it will twist off.
That why I don't think Lost wax or the dental would work.
