    Default Kung Fu Lady (II?)

    Hi All.
Great site so far. I bought my first machine this weekend. It says Kung Fu Lady. However, looking on the net, I am pretty sure it is a II model, because it has the fourth reel.

Anyway, I am not exactly sure what all the buttons and switches do on the inside. I understand the main on off, the reset. But there are some more, that have an on off that I can't figure out. Does anyone else have this model that could perhaps shed some light on it?

Overall, I really like the game alot. Very fun and entertaining. I just stumbled across it and bought it. Then found this site.

I can post a picture if that helps at all.

    Thanks!

It's probably Kung Fu Retsuden, which is second version of Kung Fu Lady. It has a higher payout also, with it paying out over 700 tokens if your lucky in the big bonus. Average is 685.

Here are the "reach patterns", which if you hit these on the reels, you go into bonus also.

Default Here are the pictures of the machine.

    Front of the gamehttp://mysite.verizon.net/vze7nc7k/Front.jpg
Still not sure how to read the odds or payout.

    Main control switchhttp://mysite.verizon.net/vze7nc7k/Inside.jpg
The upper right I have no idea what it is for.
The yellow button spins the coin holder.
The red button - beats me.
The key is the reset switch
The green button lets me change the odds
The lower left is the power switch.

I think this is the speaker volume, but moving the switch into any of the three controls does not seem to make a difference.

Behind the coin hopper there is a green wire with a screw washer, and the screw is still in there. It looks like it should be connected to a ground, but it is just laying on the bottom board. I am not sure what that goes to.

    Sorry for so many questions!

If that wire is close to the door lock assm. than it is the ground, and to why it is not connected, you got me, I have found many that way.

The Red button is the one that releases the evil genie inside your machine, if you pushed it and he didn't come out, than someone else has already done it, so you are safe. That the best guess on the red button I got.

    Default Different Belly?

Did it come in two styles maybe? Is it really a Kung Fu Lady II?

    Default Green Wire Not connected.

The green wire was actually behind the coin hopper, in the back of the machine. Kinda just laying between the coin hopper on the left side (if you were facing the front of the game).

It still might be the ground for or to the hopper

I didn't see any other sytle on the pachinko museum website. It was the difference in color in the belly to the rest of that machine that made me want to look at it. You generally don't see that drastic a color shift.

Same machine as Kung Fu Retsuden, just different belly glass. Strange. Kung Fu Retsuden is in Japanese on the belly. I wonder if someone didn't think it would sell that way, so they changed it to be "Americanized"

Default Belly Glass - Where to get original?

Does anyone have any good sources as to where I can obtain an original belly glass replacement?

You might try contacting some of the ebay vendors to see if they have one of these machines they are using for parts. That's about the only place I would know to look.
