Laz as i go over in the announcement thread about the RSS feeds

its the initial implementation of the feeds that has given us all the Ebay listings and in essences flooded the 2 RSS feed forums.

this flooding is a one time occurance, as of tomorrow the listings will flow with a more controlled listing of auctions..

you can always go into the RSS feed Forums and mark them as read. this will do away with the 160 extra posts

With these ex-full screen pachis seeming to be the new standard for customs, I was just wondering how they played...I mean with most customs it doesn't effect the game play experience much of the original machine..it may be disappointing that your Beatles/Hanabi doesn't really play Yellow Submarine, but it will play as a Hanabi just fine...same with any others, An aztec legend with a Nascar pic is still the full game..but these are taking away all the on screen stuff!!

I assume that the sounds are still there too so that makes it even worse...you have a "Fortune Wheel" machine that looks good..but at random has some Japaneses video game character yelling at you?! Without the screen it would just be a total mystery!!

I only have 1 slot, but I know that without the screen, a lot of things just wouldn't work or make sense..other than seeing whats going on story wise, it would also mess up any time it said what reel to stop in what order, etc!!

Anyone with a Devil May Cry or any of they other games in this case, can you maybe cover or mask off the screen and play and report back how it changes the experience...or maybe do a video!?

If no one answers me cuz its in this new forum, I think I'll post it somewhere else too, because this really interests me now, because this new kind of custom could turn people off to pachis in all new ways that traditional customs never could!!

New to Pachislo, Machine never pays out (on six)

I'm not sure why all this didn't occur to me when these first started showing up earlier this year!! This is more than a custom, its horrible!! If they were just $5 ok, but they're definitely not!!

So with the above experience, it seem that it does ruin the basic play of the game, causing confusion and frustrating!! Just what this hobby needs, frustrated new pachi owners!!

Now to wait for new nail-less pachinkos to start showing up...I hope with Nascar graphics too!!
