fluorescent tube for belly glass

i have been to home depot, walmart, local hardware stores

looking for a 13 inch long florecent tube number fl 10d with no luck.

it's a belly glass bulb from a machine i bought from slotusa.

i emailed them about a replacement but no reply yet.

of course they are a little slow in replying,

i don't know if they will cover it as i got the machine about 3 months ago.

any suggestions where to get one :?:
