    Default Ball Markings

I have looked around the 'net but can't seem to find what the markings on the balls signify (if anything):
    the parlor?
    the manufacturer?
    the yakusa?
    haiku?

    Any help is appreciated
    Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure they designate the parlor or the company that owns a chain of the parlors.

It would be great if some of our Japanese proficient members would read a few steel balls and pass on what they say.

That's just a reflection effect. I can't imagine what was causing the red circle to be formed. :?:

Quite a few of the pachinko balls I have also have the same two symbols.

The first one looks like a house. Possibly this is a symbol for house.

Maybe it's something like House of Pachinko.

We really need some help here.

    Regarding Tulsa's ball...
From my man who wants so badly to go to Japan:

    金時

I'm not familiar with that specific word or context but the characters are

"money" (or gold - the Japanese use the same character) + "time"

It would be pronounced one of the following ways "kane toki" or "kane ji" or "kin toki"
No matter how it's pronounced the meaning is "money time"
I need to find some reasons for him to understand this "context"... heheh
Maybe when he finally saves up enough to go, he'll take me along as luggage! He can just drop me off at a parlor, and pick me up a few days later!

    Logicprobe,

    Thanks for obtaining the translation!

    Yep, that makes sense--money time.

Every bit of information helps .

Do you think there's room left in his luggage for one more pachinko fanatic?

Here's a picture of a couple of balls I picked out of my basket along with Tulsa's photo.

Notice we both have "Money Time"
