Default Buzzing Sound Coming from "Game Computer" Area

I just received one of the Twin Tales machines, started it and found that there is an extremely loud constant buzzing/electronic vibration coming from the back of the pachinko machine in the "game computer" area.

It is not coming from the speakers and is very loud whether or not the game is being played?

Does anyone know what might cause this and whether it's easily fixable? Or should I return this machine immediately?

    Thanks

did you try turning the plug around in the outlet???

or if you have a volume control it may be set to high.

    Default Tried Both.

I tried to do both. Switching the cord around and also plugged it in directly to a the outlet. I also tried to locate a volume control, but couldn't seem to lessen the buzzing with any of the buttons/knobs. I'm not sure that I really found the volume, though.

    Please help!

the volume is usually a three position switch.

the machines have a solinoid and micro switches to pay out balls, you may have one stuck or malfunctioning.

i suggest you call customer service where you got it.

you can open the glass front door with the small lever on the top left of the back and try dropping balls manually into the differnet payout pockets.

see if it is paying out any balls.

    this might unstick the solinoid

    Default Lights Also On

The top left light in the "Bonus Mode Lights" section is also continually on, as well as a little indicator light to the left of it in the gray box that looks like a sideways cellphone. The "little light indicator" is the 2nd one down and 2nd over from the left within the cellphone if anyone knows anything about these indicators.

Any help is much appreciated, but I will try the seller as soon as I can.

    Thanks.

    tried to email, bounce back

    Kamehany,

I am at total lose, here, mine is not loud or any buzzing. I sounds like a computer connection problem, but that's a large guess.
I would Email Curt At "TA" LawrinCa@aol.com
Tell him this, he will get back to you with a phone number to call for help.
I wish I could help you more, but I am not as versed as I wish in Pachinkos yet, I to am learning, being I came over from Pachi-slos.

Do you have balls in the top reward hopper ? you do need to have this at half full.

FYI: GOT IT... with the help of Barry at TA.

Even though he's not the "Pachinko Guy," Barry was extremely helpful and willing to try to help me troubleshoot the problem. It only took about 10-15 minutes.

Somehow, the green bamboo stick and lantern mechanism was stuck which was causing the left solenoid motor below the Reward Hopper to make the constant and loud buzzing noise. Thankfully it's silent as a mouse when plugged in and not being used now.

Thanks for your emails and posts.
