How do you get reels out of DDK?

:?: I need to get the reels out of my DDK. They seem to be in wrong because the machine doesn't recognize the payout line. I think I know which reels are in the wrong place, but I don't know how to get them out. I pulled the pins out of the front and found the computer connections and disconnected them but still can't get the reels out. What am I missing?

If you just bought it, call the dealer, cause you could void your warenty other wise.

I posted to you on how to get the reels out and changed correctly. A member posted with pics how to do it. look for that thread and look in pachislo mods for the post and picks from a member here. Good luck. :-)

I didn't see it before. Let me see if I can find it. I can't call the dealer because I didn't buy it I won it in a drawing. Thanks for the info.

If it was bought for a drawning, most dealers will still help you out.
Look on the back of the box, see if there is a name or a number. Also check inside the machine.
Or on your manual even if it isn't much. If you can find who it was got through, than you can contact them.

:grin: Yea I found the thread and fixed it. We switched the 2 wheels that were in wrong and now it pays out like it supposed to. Thanks for all you help.
