Sky TV Specials - Ebay Suspension

Hi All,

Just to let everyone know that my ebay account is getting suspended - This is due to receiving 2 x negative feedbacks and 2 x paypal claims in the last 30 days ( both the same customer )

If anyone would like to purchase machines etc i will have them available for the next 20 days or so on telephone number 01580 713999..

No more new machines arriving im afraid .. One customer got a little upset when he received a mermaid pachinko in the lucky dip .. I think the machine is great myself ..

if there is something you know or would like to add to the conversation set forth by 777heaven please do so but in an appropriate manner.

just popping in dropping what you just dropped isnt going to fly here.

im not defending Steve, but if you have something to say about your experience please do so in a manner that provides the users of this forum something more then a just a shot at someone.

Because I think it takes a lot more than one unhappy customer to get you ebay-account suspended.

But if that's considered flaming here, my apologies, feel free to remove the post. It's nothing personal; I don't even know Steve.

Personally I wouldn't do any business with people who got their ebay-accounts suspended.

The bid has been canceled by ebay, but after my payment with paypal, which occured the same day at 12:08.
What is the next step ?
Will you ship the item ? (Then would you be kind enough to send me the tracking number as soon as possible and an estimate arrival time if possible)
If there's no plan to ship the item, when will the paypal refund be done ?

Akabei: well thats very opinionated! you'll find it takes very little to get suspended as a seller. and according to ebay themselves over 19% of all current sellers have been suspended at one time or another due to infractions. kinda cuts down on your list of people your willing to deal with Huh?

you jump on one of the better sellers in the market today and are suprised when you get a boot in the ass?

i'd have dumped your membership instantly, but Sid tries to be a fair site owner.
attitudes don't fly here very well. so maybe you might want to sit back and learn a little before you start a off on the wrong foot.

I think maybe i was a little overboard in that last post. i tend to stick with long time members in my loyalties. i've never dealt with Steve, but have never heard a bad word about him before and have heard many great things about him so I reacted a little tersely.

Yes, calling someone an "opinionated sob" is a bit hypocrite when you're accusing someone of flaming; good thing you changed it.

Although I have to disagree with you on Steve being "one of the better sellers in the market", you might want to read that 777heaven is Hell-topic again.

Again, nothing personal, no flaming intended.

Before i close this thread...

Just a couple things i would like to mention regarding the sellers on this site in general.

All Sellers will have a bad sale from time to time, it all comes with running a business. It is how the seller handles these issues that either makes or breaks them.

as for 777heaven he has had issues in the past with some users. but it is a drop in the bucket to the sales that go off without a hitch or problem.
People are not so quick to post a good word but more apt to post a bad comment.

Steve may have had some issues but he has always pulled through in the end. He has been there to support the people who have bought from him and in the cases where he couldn't he made sure to make amends.
