Default My two machines setup for different ball distribution ?

    OK

So I have both machines running on my bar and notice something that has me a bit confused.

On fever queen you shoot a ball it goes through the play field and if it makes it to the bottom it is returned to the rear ball tray.If you hit the center pocket it goes to the rear ball tray as well and your payout drops from the top tray.

On the hyper passion you shoot a ball and if it makes it to the bottom it is returned to the front lower tray.If you make it in the center pocket it goes to the rear tray and it drops your payout from the top. Also seems that alot of the ball pockets are completly blocked so there is no way for a ball to even get into them on this machine.

Which one of these machines is actually right?

It would seem to me that Hyper Passion is faulty. Has someone tried to make it semi-cyclic?

Fever Queen is correct...any ball going through the play field regardless of what pocket it enters will go to the bottom tray in the back.

As Musky mentioned, Hyper passion may have had a semi cyclic mod done to it. That would have every ball played through to return to the bottom tray on the front.

These are my first machines so I am still learning. How is a machine modded to semi cyclic? I think I may want to do it to the fever queen.

Alsp is it normal for there to be pockets that are completly blocked by nails from the factory?

I took a look at a picture of hyper passion online and theres seems to have the same pockets bloacked that mine does.

It seems to be semi cyclic but was done incorrect. In semi cyclic all balls (winning and losing) should be returned to the lower front tray. The pockets should not be blocked off. Part of the reason to make a game semi cyclic instead of fully cyclic is so you can still have payoffs by getting balls in the side pockets.
