This is a real nice old toy, most of it appears to be original

Coin operated and the nails are very pachinko / bagatelle like

Baffle Ball is a real classic!

If you manage to find Microsoft Pinball Arcade somewhere you can play the game. There are seven classic pinball tables including the Baffle Ball. The game is quite old but the simulations are very well made. Too bad the demo includes only the Haunted House (which is really fun game also).
