Super Stadium - Jiggling reel drum

Hello all,

I have played a bit with my Super Stadium, and the machine exhibits the problem described in a number of posts, for example here:

Compirate says that this is not very easy to correct. drcrippen234 mentions that he dremmeled some vents out in order to reseat the axels.

I have also found this post:

Still, after reading the various posts I am not 100% comfortable that I exactly know what I need to do to fix this.

I can dremel the vent out - and then what? Is that the only vent I have to dremel out? Are the axels stable on the other side?

Are the some instructions to disassembling / reassembling the reel mechanism or step by step instructions to the dremel trick?
